Albert W. McKay founded Conditioned Air, Inc. in 1938, building the company on a foundation of integrity, expertise, and service. Under the capable leadership of Albert W. Albert W. McKay kept a copy of the Rotary “Four-Way Test” under the glass top on his desk. Rotary’s “Four-Way Test” asks the reader four questions: “Is it the truth?”, “Is it fair to all concerned?”, “Will it build goodwill and better friendships?”, and “Will it be beneficial to all concerned?” These principles are as effective today as they were a century ago.
